The freshnlo Great Scottish Run has something for everyone, whether you're a dedicated runner or just want to get in shape over summer. You can choose to run either the half marathon or a 10K.
It's a fantastic opportunity to shed a few pounds, get your friends to part with a few pounds and support the work of Cancerbackup!
The race takes runners past some of Glasgow's most famous attractions and will feature the hugely popular run over the Kingston Bridge.
There is no minimum sponsorship target – all we ask is that you raise as much as you can to help us. We promise that if you run for Cancerbackup we will pamper your tired legs with a well deserved massage after you cross the finish line.
